UX Researcher/Lead & teacher, specialist in Digital inclusion and Sustainable UX, mentor, Fediverse enthusiast
I have worked with Digital Accessibility and UX/Design Thinking/Service Design/Usability since the 90s and have extensive experience in various types of assignments in these areas, which include analysis, research, development, strategic UX, workshop coaching and education.
The customers have come from the banking sector, energy, industry and the public sector, as well as many other areas, over the years.
In recent years, partly due to the pandemic and after, several assignments have been related to education.
Since 2022, the emphasis has shifted to Digital Inclusion and Accessibility, in my work. In addition to reviews and teaching in the field, I have also worked as support and produced documentation for organisations in Sweden.
I am certainly still involved in UX, especially UX Research, which I combine with my experience as a UX Strategist/Lead, to communicate with management levels in the organisation.
I am an authorised instructor at Informator, which is located in Stockholm, and I also work with other companies to provide courses on topics such as ’UX and Agile Development’, ’Design Thinking’, ’Service Design’, ’Strategic Agile UX’, ’UX Research’, ’Accessibility’, ’Inclusive Design’ and more.
Together with my colleague, I have developed a course called ’UX & Business Acumen’, which is part of a two-year UX Design course at a vocational school in Stockholm. We have also created educational materials for various educational institutions and organisations in the areas of UX and Digital accessibility.
